Clary Sage Introduction

Profoundly relaxing and balancing. Banishes mood swings and lifts depressive states. Supports all female reproductive disorders. The word clary comes from 'clear-eye' for a plant from which the seeds were used to heal eye problems and was highly esteemed in the Middle Ages. Clary Sage has been used for stress relief and as a sedative. It helps with hair growth, is good for acne and inflammation.

It rejuvenates the cells and is uplifting for the spirits. Clary Sage contains an estrogen-like hormone for PMS and menopause, and relieves nervous exhaustion. It can help relieve menstrual pain and cramps. It also can help prevent hot flashes. It stimulates the adrenals, so it greatly alleviates stress. Clary Sage has been used for meditation and spiritual communication. The ancients considered it an oil of protection and psychic sight.
