I have been adopted by a
wonderful couple, with 2 other rescue shelties. My new friends
names are Gypsy and Luke. I have many names myself -
Macksamillion, Mic, Mac Attack and may others. My new mom is
taking such good care of me. I am 13 yrs old and I feel like a
million bucks or at least several yrs younger. Thank goodness
there are loving people that are willing to give older guys like
me a chance and a place in their hearts and homes.

Misty - I have a wonderful home
with a fabulous couple. I go to work with them and get a lot of
attention. I sleep in the middle of the big peoples bed all
night long. My playmate is Jasmine, a Miniature dachshund. I
love to play and am also a very good sleeper. I go camping and
go everywhere with my mom. I am so happy to have found such a
wonderful family to love me.

Shasta -
Shasta is doing wonderful.
She is an adorable addition to the family. She has made herself
right at home. She enjoys riding in the car. At night, she
sleeps right between us in bed and is always the last one to get
up in the morning. She has chosen toys of her own, but isn't
real sure what to do with them.

My new best friend is another
Sheltie named Jayde. We chase each other around the house until
we're worn out. I love to play with toys I have bones all
around the house. I go for long walks 2 times a day. Jayde and
I love to share our bed with our mommy and daddy, but that's OK
they don't take up a lot of room. I am very happy with my new
loving family!

Kassidy

My new owners
gave me a new name and it is Casey. It used to be Kassidy but
that was just too long to say. I am getting lots of love from my
new owners. There are so many people that come and go so I am
never alone. I lay on the sunporch and watch the birds fly and
the leaves fall. One final note I romped in the first snowfall
of the season and I was sliding through the snow like I was on a
sled.

I've been
adopted!!! My new family drove 5 hours to come and get me; they
must think I'm pretty special. It was a long ride, but I have
to say, I did very well. I've been playing with my new young
friend quite a bit so Ill shed those extra pounds quickly. I'm
very excited to be part of my new family, we're having a great
time playing and all! Cant wait till Christmas for some more
toys!

My name is Patty, I really like my new home. I
get to go out in the back yard and play in the snow all I want.
We go for walks everyday the weather isn't bad and go to the
playground to play and meet other dogs. I have two new friends
here, another dog and a cat. After dinner I get to sit on my
dad's lap or sit aside of him on the sofa and just relax. I am
really happy they adopted me.

Adopted
My name is Trina, and I am
happily adapting to my new life. I met my new mom through her two
granddaughters, who thought we would be wonderful companions. When
I arrived at my new home, I was overwhelmed by all the presents
just for me. There were also these strange items that bounced,
squeaked, or were just chewy. I'm told that they're toys, but I'm
not too sure what to do with them yet. The second night I was
there, all these nice people came over and spent lots of time
petting me. It was so exciting that I was dog tired by 8pm and
fell fast asleep on my new pillow bed. I love following Mom
around, especially when she cooks; I'm always looking for crumbs,
but donıt usually find any. We go on lots of walks together, and
I love to stay by her side when we garden. One of the things I
really like at my new home is my Momıs recliner, I love to jump up
on it with her and take a nap. Iım extremely happy in my new home
where I get all the love and attention I could ever hope for.

Brownie
Brownie is doing great!!! She thinks
she has been to heaven and back! We go for 2 walks a day around
the neighborhood. When we get back to the house she goes crazy.
It is like she is saying, "They are keeping me. They are taking
me home." We really love her and I know she loves us. Brownie
sleeps on the rug in mom & dad's room. At night, she likes to
check the kids out in their rooms to make sure they are all asleep
and then she comes back to her rug to sleep. My parents and
friends thought it was great to rescue a dog but thought we should
get a puppy. Well, they have all changed their minds! They
really are impressed! They just love her also and boy does she
get the loving from everyone

Brandy
My new family say I am a "Real Joy" I am working towards becoming
a Therapy dog. My biggest struggle is car rides. But my vet
feels with time, I will become more comfortable in the car. I am
glad I found such a loving couple to let me come into their lives.

Sissy/Sweetie
Hi, My name is Sweetie and I was recently adopted
by a very nice family. They have two children who play with me
all the time. They all adore me. I have learned to fetch and I
love going in the car with them. I get to go on walks almost
everyday. I greet everyone with a kiss and I am learning not to
jump. I am very playful and fun outside, but am very calm when
in the house. After meeting me the neighbors were so impressed
that they adopted my brother. I am also a great watch dog and
always alert my family if there are any strange cars or people
around. I am so happy in my new home and they are so happy with
me.

am making lots of four legged friends in the neighborhood too. I
