R.P. Rappaport says he wants to make a better world - but his motives seem hazy to the group. He has suggested that together, the group travel to Iron Crossing where they will find asylum.
Rappaport was once a Cityborne professor of engineering, but was laughed out of the Halls of Sciences in The City when he and his colleague, Derek Vogh, presented their theorems on lighter than air gasses.
Unable to find funding for his research, Rappaport and his colleagues set out to find someone who would find value in their experiments. In 1915, he persuaded Andys Valdymere and the Emperor of Caladore to indulge him, and the Calthan Airship Program began.
The Airships have only recently been released - it has been nine long years, though it seems Rappaport has been dabbling in other experiments as well.
Recently, he sent Doctor Cyrus and Ginji to rescue Ari'Seleara, Raven and Shakaku from the Forgotten Cells in Caltha.
