The 16th in his line, it was said that King Orin the First gathered the clans of Nordagh to fight a spreading darkness that threatened to destroy their lands. After the fighting was completed and this mysterious evil shattered, the ling of Orin began.
Orin the 16th has never been a popular ruler, thanks to the Imperial occupation. Rather than lift a sword against The Empire, Orin stayed his hand and consented to defeat to save his people the bloodshed he knew would come, and ultimately, the defeat they would suffer.
