Hi my name is Rob. I retired from teaching in 2001 and bought a new detector, which is my MXT. I have been metal detecting ever since. I've since gotten an IDX which I had modded by Mr. Bill.

I've posted pictures of some of my detector finds for this year. So far my detecting has been limited to school yard sites, tot lots and the forest preserves near my home in Lockport, Illinois. Drop in every so often to see what I've found. I will be updating the pictures as I get new finds.
