| Legend of Condor Hero Vol. 2 set to release Dec. 14 Tai Seng Entertainment, producer and distributor of the Legend of Condor Hero, has announced that Volume II of the anime will be released on DVD December 14. |
| The group has partnered itself with Nippon Animation early 2000 to begin production of the anime adaptation of Shen Diao Xia Lu (Return of the Condor Hero), a novel by Jin Yong (Louis Cha). Tai Seng has stated that they will be producing the anime in 7 volumes with 26 episodes each. The first volume has been released in 2001 while the second is set to release on December 14 of this year. For more info, visit this site: Anime News Network. | There has been some talks about the actors/actresses who would play the characters of Yang Guo and Xiao Long Nuu. At least three actresses have been considered for the part of Xiao Long Nuu before director Zhang Ji Zhong finally decided on newcomer Lui Yuen Fei who according to him, personified the many contradictions of the character she was to play.
