Catalyst Solutions: 1. Rename the project �Estimating Matters!� so that every time the project title was heard or seen it would re-emphasize the importance of estimating to the business. 2. Develop and deliver customized, interactive workshops across the division to encourage participants to take responsibility for their estimates, and give them the tools and techniques to achieve the necessary improvement. 3. Introduce and implement an innovative presentation format for the materials, the infoflip. |
