To all the droids who have stayed with us through the years, THANK YOU ALL! However, we do have some bad news for you all. Currently, we lost one half of our band in the transition from Japan to America. Albert and Duncan decided to stay in the underground scene of Japan. Therefore, Alex and I are auditioning different drummers and lead guitarists, hoping to find the best replacements. We know that it will be hard to live up to our past efforts, but fear not! We still have the thunderous bass of Alex and rhythmatic guitar sensations of myself. (Joseph) The two of us were R2, and we plan to keep all of our fans happy. Don't lose faith in R2, we are still here for you. All the droids out there will be updated with the latest info about the band replacements. Until then, Take It Easy!

Well, after three years of stardom in Japan, R2 FINALLY invaded the U.S!!! The growing demand of the Droids in the U.S forced us to relocated in the grunge capital of the world, SEATTLE! Our seven albums are now out of print, but we will continue to please the droids of both Japan and the U.S by continuing to do what we do best. ROCK! And don't you worry your pretty little heads about our, as of now, out of print albums. We consider those a learning period in which we learned to play our instruments. You have our word that we will stay true to our Metal/Punk/Grunge roots with our future releases. It's time for the droids to rise up and make R2 the most popular band in both Japan and the U.S!! Until then, Take It Easy!
