Well Droids, Joe Here. This is going to be the last official post from me. I will continue to update the site, but the news section is going to come to a halt for the time being. Nothing much has been going on, and I'm sure you don't want to read the same gawd damn reports of NOTHING happening! Once everything starts to pan out, then I'll be right back, updating like the world is going to end! Like a complete idiot, I set up the news section completely wrong, however it worked at the time. Now, with so many different pages, it's just a pain in the ass. When this section comes back, it'll have a completely new lay out to it. YOU WON'T EVEN KNOW WHERE YOU ARE!! Also, I just wanted to say thanks to everyone who has stayed a loyal fan, even though we have been dissapointing you all for the past half year!
And now on to business! Alex has officially left R2. It's a sad thing to post, but he's out. I have a new guitarist besides myself, and he's great. Let me be the first to introduce the world to SCOTT LOREN! This is his first gig, and we all know he has a bright future in music! Let's see, more news...R2 has once again changed our sound to something completely different. I have taken all the D2 demos and transerfered them all to the R2 catalog! That'll speed up our production, if nothing else!
Now why did I do that?? Everyone was looking forward to my solo career and I just up and decided to end it?? Well, D2 was, and still is, JUST JOE, no Alex. Now that Alex is GONE, R2 is just me anyways. So I feel that it's stupid to release a solo project. R2 is now MY BAND! The world knows that and they have known it for some time! However, I always felt that Alex should have his time in the sun because he helped me get it underway! But now he's OUT and it's time for me to SHINE! Not that R2 hasn't been 100% me for the entire time after our FIRST album! Anways, I'm just getting myself upset now.
I'm afraid that Droids have lost interest in R2. The page has slipped in ratings and no longer holds the number one spot on the yahoo search engine. That hurt...however, I'm sure that everything will work out for the better! Everything always does with Joe in the drivers seat!!
Expect me to break into the music scene FAST, FURIOUS and UNEXPECTED!! And just when the world thought it was safe to listen to boy bands and SHIT bands....look out Jerky because R2 is back!!
