Around the Villa
The villa is entirely on a single floor with level access from the beautifully laid out main development. Surrounding the front and side of the villa there is a large tiled patio with table and chairs for alfresco dining. All the windows and doors now have shutters - they provide
excellent sun, wind and security protection.
The patio leads around the side of the villa to a laundry and storage cupboard at the rear which houses the washing machine. You will also find the 'buckets and spades' are kept here - along with the accumulation of toys and umbrellas that everyone leaves...
At the side of the villa there is a set of stone steps that lead up to the private roof terrace. Up here you can sunbathe in complete privacy and solitude on the loungers. The view from the roof gives you over
180' of sea and coast, right round from the island of Fuerteventura to the coast disappearing back towards Yaiza. In the evening as the sun sets, the views are spectacular.Swimming Pool
The communal pool is split into two parts, one side has a gently sloping bottom so is very good for children to play in
and is separated by a wall with a palm tree growing in it from the other part which steps down more steeply. Please take extra care around (and in) the swimming pool - there is no life guard.Sun loungers
The
community has shared loungers around the swimming pool – and we have our own furniture on the patio and roof of the villa for your use.
Play park
We have our own childrens play area at Shangrila that has a variety of climbing frames, swings and slides for the younger children - it's close to the villa infront so is very handy.
Tennis court

a tennis court amongst the villas - usage is free so bring your racket and make full use of it!
