Each villa stands on an individual plot on the Shangrila Community with full access to the shared facilities including pool and tennis court.

Our luxury 3 bedroom detached single storey villa is situated 5 minutes drive from the centre of the village of Playa Blanca in Lanzarote and 10 minutes walk from the new Rubicon Palace hotel. The development is on the southern headland of the island and this beautiful new detached villa on the Shangrila community has panoramic sea views from its large rooftop sun-terrace. Building was finished in August 2000 and we have furnished the villa to a very high standard. There are local beaches, supermarkets and plenty of restaurants within a few minutes drive, but with it's quiet out of town location, this villa is ideally located for a restful holiday.

With high quality furnishings, the villa offers 3 bedrooms - 2 doubles (1 with an en-suite bathroom) and a large single with bunk beds, a family bathroom, a lounge-dining room equipped with TV, satellite, video and CD player, and a fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, kettle and toaster. Outside there is a separate laundry room with full laundry facilities.

A large and sunny private terrace around the front of the villa leads out onto the communal areas in front and around the side to a built-in barbecue and stairs to the roof terrace. Shared between all the villas there is a large shared swimming pool, one end of which shelves gently and is especially suitable for younger children, a children's play-park and tennis courts.

Baby facilities are available, but non-smokers only please.
