I just want to thank everybody that was at the launch last Saturday, January 4. You are the friendliest bunch of "big kids" I've ever encountered. Friendly AND helpful. I came out with my son and his friend, and within ten minutes I felt like I'd been a member forever. You were all patient with my kids (with ALL the kids, actually), and with me, and I thoroughly enjoyed myself. With members like this, S.A.R.G. can't do anything but prosper. Thanks, guys!

A message from our former president, Randy Foster:
I want to congratulate everyone on all the hard work that has gone into making S.A.R.G. a definite presence in the Sacramento area and Northern California.
In a short few months, we have gone from a couple of guys trying to have some fun, to an NAR Section with over fifty members, with funding from local businesses, and the full support of the Rio Linda/Elverta Parks and Recreation Department, as well as The Discovery Museum. All of which would not have been possible if not for the members, both old and new, taking an active part in all aspects of the group.
