| Substance Abuse Counseling PWEC provides substance abuse counseling as a supportive service that provides individual and group counseling sessions to assist clients in identifying personal, social, and family problems. The service provides social support, education, a safe space, and resources. Special attention is directed to those individuals suffering from drug and alcohol addition and low-risk criminal offenders. Clients should have the life skills needed to make positive behavior changes and better choices for healthier lifestyles. The service also offers: � Education in substance abuse prevention, causes, and treatment � Vocational workshops � Anger/stress management workshops |
