PERSPECTIVES is the Journal of the Psychological Operations Association and publishes articles of interest to the psychological operations community. PERSPECTIVES  is published quarterly.

The editors of Perspectives are always looking for interesting articles on the subject of PSYOP and Information Warfare. If you have written an article that you would like to share, you should submit it to the Chief Editor, LTC Joseph Meissner (Retired) for consideration. Articles submitted for publication must be received no later than the first week of the month prior to next publishing month.

Articles for consideration for publication may be submitted by either  e-mail or regular mail.
