Flying Blind Continuous Contour

As a break from the intense concentration and slow action of the pure blind contour:

Do This:Eight times @ two minutes each.

Looking at a single object such a s a plant or a person, move your eyes over its contours in the manner of contour-seeing, but, unlike before, do it quickly, not stopping at the ends of individual contours and at such a rate that you have looked at most of the major contours in less than two minutes. Of course, at the same time, move your pencil on the paper in a corresponding manner, Don't stop looking and moving your pencil until you are done looking at all the contours.
Marvel at the incredible mess of lines that appear on your paper when you finally can loo at it. Yet notice that it is possible to recognizte the nature of the object.

The freedom of this excercise is good for your soul and it develops kinesthetic (define) memory .
