| Ben, as already mentioned, is the bassist in this zany band of social inepts. Ben, or Jamena is he is known to a friend, orininally hails from Zimbabwe but got out just before a bunch of crazies nicked his land and shoved a spear up his bottom. Phew! Ben is an electrical engineer by trade and is therefore always trying to knock up all his musical equipment out of bits of spare wire and toilet rolls. In fact his distortion peddle is suspiciously reminiscent of an old Tupperware carton. Ben's unique playing style |

| involves the rapid movement of his digits over his fretboard, which he can do extremely well. He is also the joint founder of the band, and so it's him that the West Country should blame for the sonic assault they have to endure. He also thought of the name, which for all of you that have been wondering, is Afrikaan for the hot bit of the barbecue that you put food on. A bit lame, but it was late and we needed a name and it was a darn sight less embarressing than our previous one. |
