| Are your employees always in a hurry to clock out? Do they work as a "team" or only do "their job"? When you hired your employees, was it because they are experienced? Know their job? |
| Could be a benefit to your company? Do you tell them "thank you" when they do a good job? Do you take advantage of your employees? An employee is more likely to produce better work, work extra hours, and help where needed, when shown respect and appreciation. |
| Are you stressed? Trying to do too much? Give your employees the chance to prove what they can do. Do you pay a fair wage or do you pay as little as possible and expect the knowledge and experience of an employee paid for |
| what they can bring to your company? An under paid employee will be discontented and will do only what is necessary. If an employee is compensated fairly for what they can do, they are more likely to be a "team" player. "Team" players are what every company is about. Being proud of their job, helping other departments when needed, and working without grumbling. Also, it relieves stress on your end. You should be able to delegate, and be proud of your company's reputation built by satisfied employees. Remember, they may need to work, but they don't have to work for you. |
