Shikata Ga Nai Plot, Warnings and Summary

The plot in which "Shikata Ga Nai" is based on is not very complicated. It starts ot following the whole Fushigi Yuugi story and then it begins to develop into its own story. It all begins with Nakago and Amiboshi. Both of them argue about the whole plan on how to ruin the summoning of Suzaku. Amiboshi if forced into it. Then I pretty much give you a picture of what is going on on each character's heads. Because the whole story revolves around the twins; mostly Suboshi, I mainly concentrate on their thoughts and feelings. You should find that pretty enjoyable. Please keep in mind this is an alternate Universe fic. It does not stick to the whole FY plot. For example; I made Tamahome leave Yui earlier in this fic, and Amiboshi leave later.And later, Amiboshi dies in this story and then is when the plot beginst to slowly unfurl. I only got up to that part in my fan fic so when I carry on with it, the "plot" section will expand. If you have any ideas on what should happen next, don't hesitate to fill out the form on the bottom of tthis page and either give me your opinion on my fan fic or send in any ideas that come to your head at that moment. You never know...I could consider your idea on my fic ^_^

The only warnings I would put here in this fic are the following:
(1) One thing that most people have e-mailed me about was about the "relationship" the twins had in this fic. Well, I only have one thing to say to you guys. Yes, I know Watase clearly stated the twins did not have an incestual relationship. True, but it all depends on what you people call incest. From reading FY, Watase's definition of incest is "Oedipal love" or a relationship inside the family, eg; mother/son, father/daughter, brother/sister...ect. I agree with that. But remember that there is a great difference from the word "incest" and "brotherly love". From what I noticed, Suboshi is not ashamed of getting familiar with his brother. It is nothing but pure love he has for his brother. When they kiss, he does not do it as an evil, malicious deed to hurt his brother in any way. He is just showing his brother in his own way how much he loves him. Everyone has different ways of expressing feelings. Well, this is Amiboshi and Suboshi's way of expressing love. Listen, do you want to know the defenition of incest? Well, in my dictionary, I have: in'cest (in'sest) n. Intercourse between closely related persons, such as intercourse when considered a crime. (See rape). -end of defenition- Don't deny the twins have a relationship, because they do. And, It is not incestuous because they haven't had sex. And that Is what Watase stated. A kiss between both of them does not mean they have an incestual relationship. Read my lips. Incest is intercourse, not kissing between family members. Okay? Any objections?

(2) Now that I have clearly stated the big difference betwen "Incest" and "really strong brotherly love" I will move on to another adult topic this fic also seeks to explore: homosexuality. Homosexuality is a complicated issue we are all faced with nowadays... I personally have nothing against it and I have learned to accept it. I remember I used to have so much trouble accepting the fact that that these men loved men. Well, now we know the truth about it. Homosexuality usually is the result of what happens when either - a - a young boy is sexually molested by a man and his intellect does not have the capacity to resist the fact that it is not right and he gets it into his mind that to have sex with a man is not wrong but normal, or - b - He is born with it. I personally believe that Tomo's case of Homosexuality was driven by reason - "a" -. It is the one that makes most the most sense. Have you yet read Cindy chan's fic " From The Ruins of Childhood"? Read it, and trust me, that is what I trully believe is what happened to our poorTomo chan...a sad, horrible past of nothing but abuse and misery is the result of this type of person.

(3) Those are the only two adult topics you will stuble accross this fic. For now, I will only use this space to warn you about other things. Remember that this fic has some Yaoish parts to it and if relationships with men offend you in any way, I would reccomend you not to read it then. Then, there are a few spoilers around, so watch out for those too. No one likes to be spoiled. Then again, maybe you do, but there are people who don't. This fic is also depressive and sad. Most definately graphic and gory. Don't worry, there are no sexually explicit scenes in this fic. Yes, you may encounter a few nude scenes and some passionate kisses, other than that, there isn't much sex in this fic. I don't like lemons...so I don't write any or read any. And that's about it. I guess I have nothing more to tell you but enjoy my fic and send feedback, being this is my first one...^.^

Like I said earlier before, this is a twins fic, but you will encounter other characters. The whole fic would just bee too boring if I don't include any other characters...you know? Anyways, as I was aying, I am going to write a summary of "Decided For Me" withought spoiling the ending or giving out the whole plot. (Geez. This is going to be harder than I thought! ^^;) Oh well. Here goes nothing! This story mainly seeks to explore what "would happen if Amiboshi really died" and what would be Suboshi's reaction to it. So if you know the whole FY plot, the whole story stays close to it and then branches off into its own story when Amiboshi dies. A Yui/Suboshi relationship begins slowly building up. And that is about it. Being that I am not finished with it completely, I don't have an ending yet (duh!). -_-
