Potomac's 2008 VIS State Championship in Basketball was voted the top story of the year by the Sun Gazette. [01/01]

PANTHERS SIGN LETTERS OF INTENT
Brian Freeman and PJ Miller signed letters of intent Monday to play college basketball at division one schools. Brian signed with Fordham University in New York and PJ signed with NJIT (New Jersey Institute of Technology) in Newark. [11/17]

2008 VIS ALL STATE SELECTIONS
Potomac was well represented on the 2008 VIS All-State Teams. PJ Miller and Tim Prowitt were selected to the first team and Brian Freeman received honorable mention. Sean Whalen was selected as the VIS Division II Coach of the Year. [03/26]

2008 VIS VA STATE CHAMPIONS!
#3 Potomac beat #1 Miller 61-49 to win the Division II VIS VA State Championship for the second time in school history. PJ Miller was named the MVP of the tournament. Kyle Condon and Tim Prowitt were selected to the All-Tournament Team. [03/01]
