Economic Restructuring Committee
The goal of this committee is to develop a market strategy that will result in a stable role for Portland's downtown area as a major contributor to the town's economy and reputation. This includes attracting an improved and coordinated retail mix of shops and businesses, resulting in a stronger tax base and increased investor confidence. We welcome all who are interested in this aspect of developing Portland's future, especially financiers, realtors, merchants, property owners, and attorneys.
