His day would be remembered. Forever. People wouldn't forget. Ever.

If they thought they could just fire him and that would be that, they didn't know who they were dealing with. He was a mover and a shaker baby, he wasn't just going to let them do that. He had never been fired from a job in his whole life. Not once, he wasn't going to stop now. He was going to show them.

He was gonna leave his mark, his impression. They weren't going to forget him ever. Ever. Ever. He was going to be remembered damnit, remembered. Not as the guy that got fired, but as the guy who refused.

The elevator opened and he went straight to his desk. His former coworkers started whispering and pointing. The big boss came out, but he wasn't going anywhere. When the boss threatened to call security, he pulled out a gun.

"You can't fire me," he screamed. "I quit!"

He shoved the gun in his mouth and pulled the trigger. The back of his head exploded. Blood and brain matter went everywhere. Everyone screamed, but nobody had a chance to do anything.

The room exploded seconds later. A plane slammed into the building and everything was changed. He had his wish, his day was remembered, but not for what he did.
