Ron didn't know the seat wasn't locked when the roller coaster crawled up the tracks. He was too happy to be there to care about anything. He threw his hands up in the air and waited for the big drop along with everyone else. This was going to be great. He made it down the first hill fine and maybe the momentum would have carried him through the first loop, but his hands were still up in the air. He fell out of his seat and landed on the ground, missing the tracks by just two feet. He would have died if he had landed on the tracks. Ron was taken to the hospital and treated for a few broken bones and a couple minor cuts. Nothing major. His life would go on. But when he fell out, the operators tried to stop the coaster. Something went wrong and instead of coming to a stop, the coaster derailed. It landed upside down. The riders who didn't die on impact, two of them, later passed on at the hospital.
