| Tips and Tricks If the area your are hunting in has a lot of under brush. Try clearing a path or two that intersect yout shooting lanes. Deer will use these paths as well as your shooting lanes to get the to places near your stand. If you have done your scouting properly and have pick out a good area in which to setup your stand. The deer will use these "short-cuts" to go to and from feeding and bedding areas passing through your shooting lanes. Be alert, you may see other animals using the trails as well. You might then want tailor your hunting accordingly. |
