[P]erfectionists are what we are by nature. Hitting the beats on time and hitting the mallets with our 'chopstick arms', going at the speed of light. :)

[E]nergetic and enthusiastic is a common description used on us. Practicing and playing the pieces well... which of course involves hard work such as having sectionals apart from the regular band practices. Sectionals are sometimes held randomly during the week or holidays.

[R]EGRET... the most uncommonly heard word. (No one regrets joining percussion... afterall what's there to worry... there is no tuning sessions!)

[C]are for instruments and people are also practiced... though we may seem rough and tough, we do care :)

[U]nity stands in our section! Regular outings and our 'year end gatherings' are one of the best times to get to know each other even more.

[S]ometimes there may be conflicts... but most of the time, we do get along well.

[S]HUCKS! An encounter of this experience is common... but we get to play different instruments for different pieces... so isn't it fair enough???

[I]nitially it may be quite tough playing the harder instruments like the timpani, snare, drumkit, but this is the climax to ENJOYMENT and EXCITEMENT! (Apart from the occasional nervous breakdowns)

[O]verall.. our section is a fun place to be in, with our own 'mini-platform'.. this makes us outstanding as we are definitely way 'above' the nicely-settled-down band!...

[N]ot very nice to be seen talking up there though. :| I'm sure that every practice is an ADVENTURE!
