| Welcome players to Survivor on the Net IV "The Amazon Adventure." I would like to take this opportunity to thank you all for applying and to wish you a great game. I know you will all enjoy the great challenges and rewards that Joseph has set for you all. I'm still waiting for confirmations from Adam, Ariana, and Stacy. If I don't receive anything from them by this Thursday night I will call upon my backups. Let's not wait in at least assigning the tribes! Here we go...Both tribes stand for integrity and honor. They are very wise and have adapted very well to life in the Amazon. They are skilled hunters and cooks and have each found their own way of coping with the dangers of the Amazon. I just got off of the helicopters, and boy, what a stunning ride! The scenery � just mind-blowing! Although for the majority of the journey we didn�t really fly over much�hey, whatever! The landing�a little bumpy, I must admit. We were put down on a beach and told that we had to find our campsite, which was definitely no easy task. In fact, we did eventually find a campsite�and while we were celebrating, Joseph congratulated us for finding it, but then told us that it belonged to the other tribe! My reaction was something along the lines of ��SHIT!� And now, we�ve gotta go to tribal council. Honestly, I�m not sure how I�m going to vote. Tex (Thomas) and I have been talking, and it looks like me and him are sticking together. He�s a good guy, and I�m glad to have him on my side. Tex told me that he overheard Cedric, Mike, and Linda talking behind the group, so I�m not sure what I should suspect. Ah well�if we can recruit Margaret, and Justin, I think we�re going to have a good chance of coming out alive, so to speak. It turns out that in a 7-1 vote, Justin has left the game. He was lost anyway, so you know what? It really doesn�t seem to be that big of a deal. In other news, I�m faced with somewhat of a difficult choice. I have told Tex that I�ll stick with him, but I was also talking to Cedric about forming an alliance. Sheeeeeeeeiiiiit! This is NOT a good position for me to be in. However, I can say that the alliance that Ariana, Tex, and I were forming doesn�t see to be permanent, so I guess that�s some good news. I hope that we can make it to the merge with as little tribal councils attended as possible. In other news�well, the weather has been GREAT here. Today was wonderful, and we just worked on stocking up our camp, maybe talking about the odd alliance or two. You know, that�s going to be the part of the game that really decides what goes on � the alliances. Right now, I�m torn. I don�t want to make myself a target by being too prominent, but I also don�t want to be branded inactive. So far, I�ve been fairly good with staying in it. | From: "Alexander Helton" <[email protected]> Subject: Summary Date: Mon, 25 Feb Not too much happening on the alliance front for me. I�m keeping a low profile for right now. I�ve planted the idea in the heads of Stacey and Annette that since we are the oldest and the rest are little kiddies that we might want to stick together. I don�t really care though just trying to avoid a few votes for right now. I had a talk with Andy about our past problems. Basically we agreed not to go after each other until after merge. He can help this tribe go in with an advantage so I�ll keep him around for now. I�m counting on the fact that he will annoy enough people by the merge that I can take him out. I don�t trust him after what I saw him do to you Joe. He claims he�s not looking for revenge on me like he was you but I don�t believe that. I don�t have a good grasp on what the others are like yet. Bob seems really eager to please and seems to want to latch on to someone. Not a bad person to have in an alliance since he�d probably be scared to defect. Chloe and Annette aren�t the sharpest tools in the shed I�m sure they can be easily manipulated. Darren will probably need to go he�s trying a little too hard plus he�s already annoying me. Stacey I�d trust if I can get her on my side if not she�ll be my first target. No opinion on Laura yet. Right now if we go into the merge 6-4 or 5-5 I may bail on this tribe and try and hook up with Tex. If we are up 7-3, 8-2 it would be suicide to switch if we are down 3-7 its over for me. I guess I�ll sit back and see what happens for a while. |
