Corcrain/Redmanville Community Association  

The Corcrain/Redmanville Community Association held their Annual General Meeting (AGM) on the 29th March 2001. Those who were interested in being involved came to the next meeting where elections of office bearers etc took place. There are three members remaining from the original committee. The new committee are:

The chairperson and secretary of CRCA both sit on the Executive Committee of the PLACE Initiative, showing representation and fairness for the areas.

Liz Crane and Julie McNally attend Consumer Panel meetings with other representatives from other associations and the NIHE to put forward issues and ideas from CRCA. David Anderson and Julie McNally also attend the CPLC meetings to assure fairness and representation of the Corcrain/Redmanville area. Julie McNally and Gervase Gowing attend the PLACE monthly interagency meetings.

The committee are constantly working with various statutory agencies such as NIHE, NIE, CBC, DRD etc. for the betterment of the area and residents.

CRCA are currently seeking new members to represent the Redmanville area, to sit on the committee and share their views and opinions and to work in an active group. If you are interested in joining the committee please contact a committee member or Charmain or Kerry at the basement office.
