I was awarded the 1990 Port St. Lucie Police Department's Citizen of the Year for my work with wildlife and injured animals. I was very honored to receive this award and I continue to treat injured and orphaned animals that Port St. Lucie's Animal Control bring to our clinic. I have an entire page of Wildlife Images on my Kelly's Animal Hospital Web Page that my wife Carolynn has taken over the years. There are many pictures of the many varied wild animals I have had the privilege to treat and then subsequently release back into the wild.. Most of these animals were brought to me by Port St. Lucie Animal Control.
My wife Carolynn and I are Amway distributors. Amway has grown from a door to door soap selling business in 1959 to a $7 billion dollar worldwide phenomenon.
