I attended
Milford High School
in Milford, Massachusetts
and graduated in 1977. I was awarded 
an Early Admissions Scholarship to Indian
River Community College
in Fort Pierce, Florida and graduated with an Associate in Arts degree
in 1978.
I then enrolled in the University of Florida's pre-Veterinary Program at
the College of Agriculture
where I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science
in 1981. I did post-baccalaureate work until my admission to the
University of Florida's College of Veterinary Medicine
. I graduated in 1986 with a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree.
I currently have active veterinary licenses in 4 states:
Florida
, Massachusetts
, Virginia
, and Colorado
.
I also have an inactive real estate license in
Florida.
