The Meaning of Life

What is the meaning of human life, or, for that matter, of the life of any creature? To know an answer to this question means to be religious. You ask: Does it make sense, then, to pose this question? I answer: The man who regards his own life and that of his fellow creatures as meaningless is not merely unhappy but hardly fit for life. - Albert Einstein (1934)

Welcome to my web page on religion. The purpose of this web page is for me to order my thoughts on religion, my beliefs and knowledge while simultaneously communicating them to those who have an interest in the subject. This is an ongoing process which means that it will always be changing to some amount during the coming years. I take to task objections to religion that have been forwarded by people throughout history and the world. Since I'm a scientist I will also touch on the relationship between science and religion.
