| Terrorism In The City? |
| Mysterious Ailment Befalls EvilBill Story by Alicorn's Prayer EvilBill was recently returning to his home and family, when a mysterious illness overcame him. Witness described how one second he was looking well and in the next breath he had collasped in the foyer of the Shadow Court Hall. Friends and family quickly came to his aid, but can do nothing more than await the outcome of this tragic happening of one of the city's most notorious fighters and citizens. | Protesters and War Tear Up The City |

| With the recent wars going on in the city and some are working hard to repair the damage done, some citizens are asking for segregation to be enforced, based on what clan they currently belong to. The hope of this act, is to cut down on intergroup participation and actions within the city itself. Capodocian and Moonie clan members have been asked not to participate in clan wars or discussions in RVRC. While in similar light, The RVRC has asked the Shadow Court (who has complied) not to participate nor approach those in the RBB about clan war affairs. Please see Segration?, Local News |

| Recently, a citizen of the city, but new to the social scene of Ravenblack City, has been attacked without reason or provocations by another citizen. The victim's only reasonable explination as to the reason of thier being attacked, being traced to thier introduction recently to the RBB group. Serra Stone recently joined the RBB citizens board to join in on discussions and playtime. With pride, she announced herself and her status of being a citizen with many kills under her belt. Offering this as reason for possible clan membership qualifications. Needless to say, some were vocal in her braggery and pointed out her shortcomings as to her capabilities and skills. And, she feels as a result and due to the message left to her in the city by her attacker, that this attack was facilitated and carried through as a result of her presence in RBB, and that an RBB participant was responsible for the attack. She was unable to point out the attacker, and in her statement to the press, she had this to say. Please see Terrorism, Local News page 2. |

| War and dissention have come to the fair city of RavenBlack. As canidates stepped up to the platforms, tempers got heated over the Rules Debate. As constituants and campaigners discussed whether or not the city needed rules and laws for citizens to abide by, Capodocious and Moonie stepped up to the plate to show citizens how limited laws were needed to promote fairness and respect in the city. Both Prince Capadocious and Moonie declared a week of free-for-all, allowing all players to disregard the established laws and 'do thier own thing'. Both of these famous players than proceeded to announce thier own personal plans of allowing themselves to also act unruly and carry out with thier previous actions of the past, to bring into light how the citizens themselves had once influenced them to change thier ways and be better to the populance. Capodocious and Moonie did assure the citizens that a vote would be put to the public after the week was up, to see if the citizens still wished no laws or would re-enact the laws previously agreed upon by all. Chaos took over, as the citizens and other canidates rushed wildly about, protesting loudly about Capodocious and Moonie's proposed actions over the next week. As blood was shed on both sides, verbal sparring and insults flew, Capodocious announced he'd niether give up the ownership of the landmark site of RBB or give up Please see Protesters, Local News. |
