his title of Prince, as it was his birth-right due to his leadership of the past. That he'd no longer recognize the wishes of a publically appointed Prince/Princess in light of the citizen's upheaval. In a similar light, Capodocious and Moonie announced that they'd be resumming the use of thier blood wells to empower thier clan member's abilities against those that opposed them. As the citizens heard this, many decided to work towards bringing down the walls of the historical landmark. Many wept thier despair while a number of individuals fled the city. For those that decided to not leave the city, but leave the presence of Capodocious and Moonie's authority, they relocated themselves to a new location of the city, the RVRC. In true fashion, this war has torn apart family and friends. And many of the citizens of RavenBlack sit back and watch as brother fights against brother, sister against siter, Sire against childer in this war of who will rule and survive in the city.
Segregation? continued from page one
In most cases, both locations are very similar in appearance. The same rules previously enforced are still active in the new location, RVRC, except that wire-tapping is approved of and it's public sharing to all citizens of the city. This is still frowned down on in RBB, as many citizens have expressed thier disapproval of thier private conversations shared with those outside of direct communications. And now, while one board is instilling a new law about segregation, RBB is being asked to consider it also by it's current leader. This is due mainly because of the citizens' dislike of The Capadocian and Moonie clans use of the magical blood well known as Quizella. At one time, the Caps and Moons respected the wishes of the citizens, but in light of the attempted dethroning of Cap, attack on both clan's members because of past useage of the blood well, and conflict between the warring fractions both Capodocious and Moonie have stated thier future re-instatement of said blood source. Dirktou, owner of the RVRC, sent a letter out to Capodocious asking for his co-operation and assistance in enforcing the segration rule. In his public statement, Dirktou said "My opinion, and I think the idea has been passed around, is that the members of RVRC that are still members in RBB should not post there regarding this board and/or to insult or humilate the RBB players. On the opposite side of this, members supporting RBB should not come here and do the same. Here, when it happens, I'm gonna ban them, as I've done to 3 of Moonie's email addresses already. My suggestion to Capodocious, which somebody can send to him, is to do the same. What's done is done and those of us here have mostly decided that this is our new home. Some people want to be in both places, and that is fine too. In the meantime, I would please like to ask those of you in both places to keep your cool and your wits about you. Whether you roleplay here or there, both sites have rules and while in that group, abide by them. As far as the members here "patting ourselves on the back": We are happy that we now have this place and that it has taken off. We don't feel as if we have beaten Cap or Moonie. In fact, we don't recognize them anymore, the same way they say they don't recognize us. Let's leave it at that, shall we?"
In another statement, Dirktou wanted to explain his enforcement of this new law. "This board and RBB have different rules regarding certain roleplay issues. This board and RBB have slightly different rules regarding other things. I simply said that if you are here, you play by our rules and if you are there, you play by their's. I didn't say anyone had to pick one or the other. I don't care if players are on both boards. I don't care if someone is a member of 50 boards as some people are. I will say this though. If in a warring clan, it is gonna be next to impossible to play on both boards because of the roleplay differences. I'm not saying a person can't be on both boards, but, for example, a member of the SC is not going to be able to roleplay clan wars in regards to the Cap or Mooncalf clans on RBB, because the SC doesn't recognize those two groups anymore. That works for this board too. A member of the Cap clan is not going to be able to roleplay here, because we don't recognize them. Other roleplaying is fine and is up to the individual members. As far as this board is concerned, and if you ask around, most agree, Cap and Mooncalf, along with their clans, do not exist. Any war clans that use quizilla for blood, do not exist to us. We will be ignoring any attacks by them. We will not retalliate. We will simply roleplay with those other clans, both neutral and non neutral, that want to and do play with the same rules that we do. There does not need to be a poll in regards to any of this. We have made our decisions based on current events. That is all that needs to be said about what is going on. WE are moving on. Dirktou" In response to this new developement, Capodocious had only this to say, "I have not made any rules that would make it so that anyone is excluded from this board. Those that left this board did so on their own, with few exceptions. As far as I am concerned there is no rift on the boards. Some of our members may not be allowed to post there, but everyone is allowed to post here, within the rules of this board. ~Capodocious Owner of the RBB" In simple laymen's terms, all citizens are welcome to partipate in both sites. But if they are members of either the Capodocians or Moonies, they're participation will be limited in one group. Which means thier participation within the city itself will also be monitored and limited to who will acknowledge them or not and thier freedom to personal pursuit of happiness does have boundries, at least within certain circles and fractions of the city.
