X shell for DOS?

If you write an interesting program using V-builder you that helps to manage (edit, copy, delete) files or other programs that user can use while using GUI (Graphical Desktop Environment [ example:  clock, calendar, etc...]) you may send it to the e-mail that you can found in Contact info (e-mail). If we get a lot of such programs we may join them and create A DOS SHELL.

Requirements:

-QuickBasic or PDS are needed in order to compile *.bas files.

-MS-DOS (tested on 5 and 6.22) or Windows (tested on XP) (with command prompt).

-'Basic' language knowledge.
