| And
as I looked through the blackness,
Across the invisible ocean, I saw a Light begin to flicker, Light years away. And as I watched, the Light came closer, Growing brighter.
Dancing across the surface of the cosmic waters. And as the Figure moved closer still, I heard the ocean subside, Calming and smoothing, To prepare the way for the Dancer. He was the most beautiful Man I had ever seen. He seemed to be made of pure light. His hair was pure white, Whiter than the whitest snow. His face was beautifully formed. His skin was of burnished bronze, Or so it seemed. His tunic was pure white, Sashed with gold. And the Dancer a part of the Presence, Although I could not comprehend the mystery. |
