MNS / NTT Bird Watch 1999
We have not received many reports yet but hope to receive all
reports by the middle of November. A report on this Bird Watch will be given in the
next MNS Penang Branch's newsletter. If you have not sent in your report, it is not
too late so please submit your report to Kanda by ordinary mail or e-mail. Address

International Waterfowl Count 2000
The International Waterfowl Count for the year
2000 will be from 8 to 23 January 2000. MNS is one of the national coordinator for
this event which is organised by Wetlands International. If you would like to be one
of the contributors, please contact Kanda.
Bird Identification Course
We are planning to conduct a bird
identification course early next year. Look out for the annoucement for more details
