City of Fire and Ice
Highlander city within the borders of the Everwhite that is used as both a ski/winter sport resort and a hot springs spa. Nearby ice caves are also a tourist draw. The town itself, while constantly covered in a blanket of snow, keeps itself cozy and warm with much insulation and firey hearths, as well as decorating with warm colors.
