A small Highlander city on a plateau in the dalkan mountains just east of the Everwhite. The territory is most noteable for the sister dragons that protect it: Sadira and Ateras. Some superstitions say that the pair fends off the Everwhite's perpetual snow from the land, but the dragons laugh at the idea. Locals refer to the territory as "Laral."
