Capital City of Tierra
Originally a lowlander trading camp, Celesti still has a merchant district at its heart, full of pavilions and tents and colorful banners. The Myth River flows through the city, crossed by stone bridges from which hang more banners. A sylvan forest district lies to the southeast over the river, at the base of the large waterfall the Myth flows from. The Guide Hall, a lighthouse for aircraft, sits atop the cliff by the falls, about 10 miles inland from the northern bay.
Legend Guide Hall is Guided by the sylvan twins Karri and Tarri Sapirra (Sun sap, Golden sap, golden blood).
