| It is proven that 98% of the puppies sold in pet stores come from puppy mills. Pet stores will often tell you the puppies come from local breeders or quality breeders. Don't believe them, ask to see the paperwork and find out where the puppies really come from. *Note- Go in a pet store. Act like your going to buy a puppy. Then ask to see the paperwork. Write down the name of the breeder and where they're from. Search around to see if they really are a breeder. Remember that even if they are a licensed breeder, a good breeder wouldn't sell her puppies to a pet shop. Also note that licenses don't mean anything- some of the worst puppy mills had licenses. |
