FireFly located at MATY and search under Firefly has released several new mods. Taken from the website and quoted from Firefly, "Okay here is the deal, sometimes you want your sims to do things just not every chance they get. Still you do not want to stop all autonomous actions. Then what will your sims do? The reduced autonomous series was made to allow these activities with one little catch. Your Sims motive in fun must be less than 50 percent for your sim to engage in the activity."

AL_NoAutonomoustrashcompactor and AL_NoAutonomoustrashcompactor_FT have been updated to include no autonomous composting and they can be found here.
Project Monique
Monique a very unique modder who is no longer active in the community as of Bon Voyage and left us with a variety of 87 totally awesome and very unique mods. It is a shame to not enjoy these mod because of the unsure state whether they will work in Apartment Life.
One other reason why these mods are so important, most of the mods have not been done by other modders leaving a huge void in many of our games. Coupled with the fact some gamers have expressed an interested in staying in the Sim 2 line after Sims 3 is released next year. This created a huge interest in can we fix this in the game or can be change this in the game.
Since Apartment Life is the final expansion pack, updating or creating mods for the final expansion pack create a lot less work. Since they will not be needing to be updated for future expansion packs.
Here is a report of 80 tested mods and their status for Apartment Life. You will find mods that have been updated for Apartment Life also.

For those of you with Apartment Life Monique's MQ_Telelport and MQ_ServeCount mods has been updated to Apartment Life and can be found at MATY and then look under Peasantry for a post created by Firefly. Also while there, if you are interested in some No Autonomous Mods to stop belching at, grossing out, water balloon fights, and dirty jokes be sure to check out Fireflies latest mods all updated for Apartment Life.
Today under downloads in my own section and found here, you will find a desk and chair to match the Hemnes and Malm bedroom sets from the Sims Ikea Stuff Pack. Also I made matching shelves taken from Apartment Life to go with Ikea Stuff Pack Hemnes and Malm collection.

My current FreeTime mods found in our download section have all scanned clean for use with Apartment Life. Plans are in the works for looking for lost but found item in the Apartment Life expansion pack.
In my download area for modded skins, we have new mod releases. First we have for the Celebrations Stuff Pack adult clothes enabled for elders. Second we have for the Family Fun Stuff pack adult clothes enabled for elders. Third we have for the Kitchen And Bath Stuff Pack adults clothes enabled for elders. All three mods can be found here.
In my download area for modded objects, we have several new mod releases:
AL_No Autonomous fridges_allexpansionpacks - Requires Apartment Life, Freetime, and University expansion packs. This is a new globel version of my no autonomous refrigerators series, instead of a new objects that takes up space this mod uses the in game objects instead. This mod contains all the base game original refrigerators, freetime refrigerator and the university mini fridge. This mod stops your sim from autonomously stuffing face, get snacks, preparing a meal, juggling, playing with refrigerator, getting baby bottle out, stocking, and serving platters. Beware Nanny's, Servo's, and Butlers will autonomously use this fridge. To return the refrigerators to original game state remove the mod.

Instead of a new objects that takes up space this mod uses the in game objects instead. This mod stops your sims for autonomously taking out the trash. Beware Nanny's, Servo's, and Butlers will autonomously use this trash compactor. To return the trash compactor to original game state remove the mod.

AL_BlackNWhiteBareBath_ToddlersNPetsOnly - Requires Apartment Life expansion pack. This is a new globel version of my toddler doggie bath. This mods stops your sims for autonomously taking a bath or bubble bath and only teens and children will play in the bath tub. Instead of a new object that takes up space this game uses the in game object Black and White Bare Bath (Wood Bath Tub) instead. Toddler and Dog bath is for the purpose of bathing toddlers and dogs but you may direct your sim to use it also. Beware Nanny's, Servo's, and Butlers will autonomously use this bath tub. To return the bath tub to original game state remove the mod.
