| I used a 1/4 steel plate to cut the steel head out of and weld to the center of the brush guard, custom made mad flaps with chrome steer heads for rear duals |

| Routine maintenance service I have done to my truck, I perform all the maintenance on my truck per the Dodge Cummins Schedule in the owners manaul based on mileage. The Cummins engine in my truck is known as the 2nd generation Cummins engine in Dodge trucks and started being built in Dodge trucks in the mid of the 1998 model year. My transmission is NV4500HD, Transfer case is the NV241HD, Front axle is the Dana 60, Rear axle is the Dana 80. |

| My truck is a 3500 1-Ton quad cab with the 5 speed tranmisson SLT package. We tilited the windows, added a brush guard, bed liner and custom mudd flaps with crome steer heads |
| I then added a custom made steer head in the center of the brush guard, added fender fares on the front. In Nov of 02' I took the factor daully bed and added a Gooseneck Brand flat. Added a Edge Ez box, BHAF and a South Bend OFE clutch from Black Mtn Diesel in Cynthiana. |
