I installed a set of strobe lights on my 99' Ram 3500, total installiton time was about 1 hr.
I started by disconnecting both negative battery cables and then started on  my driver's side by taken out my headlight bars on my pushbar.I then used a phillips head screwdriver to remove the turn signal light houseing.

I then used a 10mm socket to move two of the three bolts that are holding the headlight houseing, the other bolt I had to use a 10mm open/close box wrench from under the truck just above the front tire. I then remove the rubber piece and remove the headlight buld and electrical connector from the houseing then pull the headlight houseing out.

The other bolts are on the left side of the houseing, the one on the bottom has to be taken out with the open/close box wrench from under the truck.
Left pic of truck w/out headlight houseing, I then drilled a 1/2 hole in the houseing to the left of the bulb hole for the strobe light..
I then ran one side of the strobe lights thou the hole in the truck and then inserted it into the headlight houseing
I then put the headlight bulb back into the headlight houseing and tightened the three bolts. Then put the turn signal houseing back in and tightened it down.

I then repeated this process on the passenger side. I then wired my box to the positive battery cable and grounded to the frame. I then ran my wires into the cab to my switch.
