The season 1979-80 it was one from the most succesfull years throughout the history of PAS Giannina. With the Argentinians (3 of them) in their maturity and a top offensive line the final 6th place in the league table seems like "piece of cake". Some impressive results during that season: PAS-AEK: 3-2, PAS-Panathinaikos: 4-1, PAS-PAOK: 3-0, PAS-ofi: 4-0 (!!!), PAS-Kavala: 4-0, PAS-Doxa Dramas: 4-1, Panathinaikos-PAS:1-1. Overall results 14 victories (all in home games), 9 draws (3 home-6 away), 11 loses (1 home-10 away).
