Thalis Tsirimokos

Thalis Tsirimokos was born on 7th of September 1959, in Athens. He started his career in Pagrati and from there he went to G.S. Kallithea. In the summer of 1979 he came in the team of PAS Giannina. He played just for the season 1979-1980, but certainly he left his mark in the big history of the Epirotic team. In the season 1979-1980 he had 31 apeareances, and 16 goals. It worths to say that overally that season was the 2nd goal scorer in Greece after Dusan Bajevic (25 g. AEK) and together with G.Kostikos (16 g. PAOK). The season 1979-1980 PAS finished the championship in the 6th

place (37 points, 14 wins, 9 draws, 11 defeats) and had the 3rd best attacking line of the championship (50 goals). In the summer of 1980 Thalis Tsirimokos was transfered to Aris where he played a couple of years. He finished his career in the team of ofi. His name figures in the 77th place of the All Time Top Scorers table of the Greek First National League with 62 goals.
