| Vasilis Papaggelis was born on 30th of July 1959 in Ioannina. He was mainly a defender. His started his career from the amateurs' team of PAS Giannina in 1974. In 1978 he was promoted to the 1st team of PAS. He played till the summer of 1984, where he was transfered to Olympiakos. In Piraius he stayed for three years, and he won a Championship (1987). He returned in Ioannina in 1987 and he played in the team of PAS till the year 1991. Tall and powerfull player he left his mark in the best period of PAS Giannina. |
