ABOT-KAMAY ANG PAG-ASA PROGRAM
Embraced with the intimate compassion and care for the inmates by providing them a program that shelters hope even in the midst of crucial agony for justice, understanding and love, the Ozamiz City Reformatory Center has proven itself a place for refuge and strength for the inmates who have been seeking for freedom and security in love and in human spirit once they go out from the jail. Through Abot-Kamay Ang Pag-asa Program, every inmate is a part of a community where fair play, impartiality and respect are afforded to him.
Conceived by its Jail Warden SINSP GUY JASON REYES, MPA this Abot-Kamay Ang Pag-asa Program widely envisions a jail that builds up courage, instead of insecurities, that creates equality, rather than prejudicism and molds future rather than hopelessness inside the jail. It promotes productive life among the inmates to utilize their time and activities in efforts that prepare them harmoniously and meaningfully for new social life once they return to their families and communities with revitalized perspective and aspirations for the future.
