The turner mod is a really simple mod and has some really cool
effects. It's not to everyone's tastes but it can be made with two
caps (or the original plus another), a switch and a little bit of
wire. You can use the original cap in your wah on a switch to have it
completely how it was by the flick of a switch. To do this mod, you
need to replace the sweep cap with a high value, I mainly use 0.22uF
caps (all the clips are done with 0.22uF).
To wire a switch:

Things to try;
-Toe all the way down for lots of bite, sounnds like a cool fuzz when
used with distortion
-Heel all the way down for lots of bass and a cool muted effect
-Playing a chord and sweeping up and down liike mad
-Use it for swells, play a note and go reallly gradually on the sweep,
at some frets if you get the wah just right it makes a cool harmonic
sound
Clips:
I have done the turner mod in both a Crybaby wah and a Morley
Power Wah.
