the Diets

Please note that diets should be started at least 6 weeks before your attempt. These are derived from tried and true tips from our own dear TTC'ers. You can buy urine pH testing strips at your local pharmacy (or here) to see if your pH has changed due to the diet.

If you would like to order the full boy or girl diet, please visit http://www.girlboydiets.com/.

The Polarity Diet:

Note: This diet is to change the polarity of eggs. The listing covers what should be eaten if a girl is desired, if a boy is desired simply do the opposite. ***There are risks associated with low potassium in the body, and there is a tendency to eat more sugar, which provokes the release of adrenalin, which in turn inhibits progesterone. Other risks are currently being researched and will be posted as found.*** It is noted that this diet should not be followed harshly for long periods of time. Listing from sstill.
