HcG by blood test
The HPT tests your urine HcG. The urine HcG values are usually lower than the blood (serum) HcG values. For example, if your serum HcG is 40 MIU/ml, which is normal for 15 DPO, then your urine HcG would be expected to be much lower. A urine pregnancy test with 25 mIU sensitivity would probably be negative even though you are pregnant.
