| The pH scale indicates acidity and alkalinity by measuring the concentration og hydrogen in the solution. Between the values 1-6 are acids, values between 8-14 are alkaline, and the value of 7 is neutral. Just a fact that the average value of the world's oceans is approxiamately 7.8. |
