HOA Board of Directors Meeting
The HOA Board of Directors has chosen to hold most meetings virtually, via Zoom. All residents, including renters, are welcome to sign on as guests. This is your opportunity to voice your comments, concerns, problems or ideas. The Board will strive to address each issue.The Board of Directors of the Orangewood Townhouse Park Homeowners' Association meets at least four times a year. State law requires that notification for all such meetings by posted at least 48 hours in advance, usually by the mailboxes. If any meeting date needs to be rescheduled, a notice will be posted.
Property owners, you can view the governing documents, financial statements and minutes of past Board meetings by logging in to Associated Property Management's website with your account number and password.
Pool
The swimming pool is open
and key fobs are activated. Remember--only
residents who are current on their fees are permitted to
use the pool. Please familiarize yourself with the
pool rules.
